DEPENDING INDEPENDENCE?

Independence can not be defined with the word "depend" as it has lead us to become independent.

Now "for adolescents there is no independence" is the most common thought of every youthful individual.

But think of your elders once.They are said to be independent but this independence has assigned them a great responsibility to handle.

Yes,handling you!

Now you might think that becoming an adult would provide you with independence.But ask one of them they would say the time when they were like you they were better off.

So now that your desire to be independent by the "being adult method" has failed.

So how can we be independent?

Look at the upper,proper and lower cases of the word "think".That is what you can do to enjoy your independence.

Then you would understand that being able to execute your own responsibilities is freedom.Being able to access your needs( not desires) is freedom.

But freedom doesn't mean independence?

How is that?

Well you have freedom but don't you depend on somebody.So independence is not well defined literally.Well who needs a defination!

Actually we need it.

For ex- if we need to know science we have to define it.Unless definable it is inaccessible.

As you would know eveything that is defined that is defined from a "frame of reference".

Independence from the frame of society means maturity to handle situations.From yours it's freedom from orders.Form your grands' it's being secure.And so on.....

Now since it varies it can not be a definition.So what is it then.

INDEPENDENCE MEANS "YOU LIVE
And LET OTHERS LIVE".

You can associate it with freedom,maturity,security,fraternity, eligibility,potential,health,education and all other frames and you'll get this exact definition.

So how to live and let others live.If we live they may perish and if they live we may.So there has to be a coordination in living and that's where Dependance plays it's role.

It assigns us with responsibilities for others and we become independent.

Now lets relate it.

Your parents advice you.
You must listen and do what is necessary.

You ask for something.
They must understand,judge and do what is necessary.

So where the situation of stress arises?

It arises due to lack of communication,patience and listening.

Each of the connections must listen to each others' connective waves and react in a constructive manner.

Adolescent is a period of opportunities,possibilities,freedom and curiosities.All blended in with patience,listening and dependence leads to Independence.
